Manager - CD - Growth North & East 
Job Purpose- Handle marketing and promotion profile.
- Manage financial planning and analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities 
Principal Accountabilities- Prepare monthly management reporting (monthly financial trackers) for CD NE business P&L.
- Support next month financial forecasts for presentation to top management and inclusion in their monthly decks.
- Assist business in tracking their budget vs actuals on a monthly basis.
- Annual budgetingPreparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the company.
- Liaise with Marketing for sales promotion requirements such as in-store branding or digital marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with Marketing for artwork requirements for POSM EMI Festival.
- Connect with ARU team (EMI Card team/Prospect Activate team) for special campaigns (SMS, email, notification) for dealer offers.
- Assist business with vouchers or any special exclusive offers with help of ARU team for increasing sales.

Major Challenges- Existing resource is moving to another cross-functional department; therefore, a dedicated resource is required.

Key Decisions- Interact with Sales for promotional requirements.
- Coordinate with ARU team for special vouchers and campaigns during festival seasons.
- Coordinate with FPNA team for P&L and submit business input for creation of monthly P&L.
- Utilize data scientist knowledge of POS reports and Excel, and present MIS to Marketing and SMT.
