Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our team for an upcoming expotainment event IP . The ideal candidate will have a passion for event marketing and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping the event’s brand identity and driving audience engagement, as a core resource to the IP Head.


Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and coordinate comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the expotainment event, focusing on brand awareness, audience engagement, and ticket sales.

- Manage and coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, to maximize reach and impact - along with the onboarded agency. 

- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content that aligns with the event's vision and resonates with the target audience.

- Conduct market research and analyze data to understand audience preferences and refine marketing tactics.

- Establish partnerships with influencers, brands, and media outlets to enhance visibility and reach - along with internal and external teams.

- Coordinate with the onground events team to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with event logistics and on-ground activities.

- Monitor and report , along with the agency on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in event marketing or related industries.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing ideas.

- Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive decision-making.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
