Job Description

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities

- Translate the business' needs into functional & business analysis (user story) applicable to generate the necessary solutions within applicable domain(s) and document as necessary.

- Coordination and implementation of the software solution (with JAVA as development language).

- Study and discuss the functional analysis with the client, product owner and Scrum Master, and report on the progress.

- Support project managers in creating products and processes that add the desired value to our business.

- Writing, guiding and controlling test cases.

- Test the solution in the integrated environment following the Agile method, and/or assist the customer in doing so.

- Report potential issues to the functional analysts proposing the optimal solution for the achievement of the best results.

- Evaluate the impact of potential changes on the software modules and report any potential problems

- Report and share the lessons learned and continue own development through self learning/information sessions held.

- Perform quality analysis on time by applying your analytical expertise in a pragmatic way using stories, acceptance criteria, UML etc.

- Test the final solution as proposed to the end users

- Documentation and reporting

- Put in practice the improvement actions and good practices of software development

- Provide advice and expertise 

- Assist to the creation of tests

 


Requirements

Technical profile requirements

- +5 years of experience in a similar role

- Expert knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- Expert knowledge of Business Analysis (UML)

- Very good knowledge of IT architecture  (Web services, Web applications, micro-services architecture)

- Good knowledge of software testing (AIOTest, JMeter, JIRA)

- Knowledge of Project Management

- Knowledge on Magnolia CMS is a plus

- Good knowledge of Atlassian suite: JIRA, Confluence

- Agile minded

- Context: Login ( Easy Forms ( , e-Signature

Requirements
Être un guide pour le métier dans la définition des besoins ; • Réflexion sur les processus actuels et futurs en collaboration avec les référents informatique métier ; • Participer activement à l’optimisation des processus, des outils et des méthodes de travail ; • Participer à l'analyse et à la conception de la solution DPI à mettre en place ; • Proposer une bonne intégration du nouveau DPI dans le paysage applicatif existant ; • Vérifier la conformité des solutions mises en œuvre avec les besoins analysés, en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de projet et le métier ; • Être un interlocuteur privilégié pour les partenaires internes et externes impliqués dans le projet ; • Rédaction de procédures internes à destination des utilisateurs finaux ; • Organiser des formations à destination des utilisateurs finaux ; Participer à l’interopérabilité du DPI pour l’ensemble du SIH, et cela à différents niveaux du projet : analyse, implémentation, tests et validation ; • Participer à l'intégration de modules applicatifs du DPI au niveau de l’interface ; • Définir les solutions possibles avec les différentes parties prenantes ; • Analyser, modéliser et transformer des données administratives vers le DPI ; • Gérer et consolider les analyses dans le cadre du changement de DPI ; • Prendre en charge des analyses dans le cadre de projets transversaux et stratégiques. • Être l’interface IT/métier (Gestion du changement) ;
