We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive / Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong interest in IT/software sales, and the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close business deals. This role requires someone who is proactive, target-driven, and confident in both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and cold calling.
- Conduct client communication, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales Navigator tools, and online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) for lead generation.
- Promote IT services, software solutions, and digital marketing services to prospective clients.
- Engage in business development activities including pipeline building and sales strategy planning.
- Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and other automation tools for research, proposal drafting, and sales communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are well understood and delivered.
- Prepare and present business development reports to management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience or knowledge in Business Development / Marketing / IT Sales.
- Strong proficiency in Marketing, Research, client communication etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing sales, SaaS/software sales, and IT service sales.
- Knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and ChatGPT.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Eligibility:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales/marketing are also encouraged to apply.
