FunctionalResponsible for delivering projects to operations teamHelping operations team with any problems in their functioningResponsible for negotiating with BA.Explore current market situation to create customer SLAAssessing the capabilities of a location & decide whether to establish a business there or not.Understanding problems of BA & resolving it.Understanding customer requirements & meeting those expectations.Resolving any issues customers are facing.Responsible for movements of FTL (Full Truck Load) – Mahindra Spare Business.3.
