Company Description: PGC is a boutique consulting firm operating in the area of Business Transformation. We offer a unique integrated service of Search & selection, Assessment & Transition coaching (S-A-T) for CXO level hiring. We operate through a 6-12 month engagement model with our clients for each CXO level hiring, as we take the responsibility to not only find a suitable candidate, assess them for culture fit and provide them a transition coach for 6-12 months to make them successful. We are invested in a triple win: win:win model, whereby we want our clients, candidates and PGC to be successful. Role & Responsibilities: You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing and recruiting top-level executives. You are expected to be adept at using various AI tools to perform hands-on research to zero in on most suitable candidates. You must be adept at screening and assessing candidates' suitability for the executive roles. You should have ability to administer psychometric assessments to the candidate, interpret the report and create a recommendation report for client review. You must be willing to perform day-to-day tasks such as consulting with clients, understanding their needs, providing timely updates on the progress on hiring, sharing reports, maintaining client / candidate confidentiality, and managing the end-to-end search process. You will be required to work with PGC's internal stakeholders to identify and appoint a Transition Coach for the candidate. You will be required to facilitate chemistry meetings between the Coach & Candidate and kick-start the transition coaching process. You will be required to monitor the transition coaching process over 6-12 month (based on the contract duration with the client) and ensure its success. Qualifications Ability to conduct research, identify, engage and attract both active and dormant candidates Effective planning, organising, follow-up and relentless execution skills Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams 5 years prior experience in executive search Location of work: Bengaluru Work mode: Hybrid but should be willing to work full time on-site from PGC office Employment mode: Full-time retainer, paid professional fee monthly Contribution Fee: Eligible to earn an additional contribution fee based on value-contribution.
