We are seeking a highly skilled
Gen AI Engineer
with
1 to 3 years
of experience and hands-on expertise in building and deploying AI agents. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in
LangChain, LangGraph, the OpenAI Assistants API, and CrewAI
, along with solid Python programming skills. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying intelligent agents that automate workflows, integrate with APIs and CRMs, and deliver real-time decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy
    AI agents

using
LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Assistants, and CrewAI

.
- Develop modular, scalable pipelines for
retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

, tool integrations, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Integrate agents with
databases, CRMs, APIs, and external systems

.
- Optimize prompt engineering, memory, and context management.
- Implement
LLM orchestration

, error handling, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into functional AI-driven workflows.
- Stay updated on
emerging AI frameworks, LLM models, and agent ecosystems

.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in
    Python

(1+ years professional experience).
- Hands-on experience with
LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Assistants API, and CrewAI

.
- Proven track record of building and deploying
AI agents in production

.
- Deep understanding of
LLM concepts

: embeddings, vector databases, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering.
- Experience with
API integration

(REST, GraphQL, webhooks).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with
    FastAPI

for serving AI endpoints.
- Knowledge of
vector databases

(Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS).
- Exposure to
multi-agent systems

and orchestration frameworks.
- Prior work on
enterprise AI solutions

(chatbots, automation agents, sales/marketing AI, etc.).
- Contribution to
open-source AI frameworks

.
