Responsibilities:
Delivery Management:
- Monitor and manage the progress of product deliveries, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Address any issues or delays in the delivery process and implement solutions.
Insights and Analysis:
- Create detailed reports on customer support metrics, product performance, and other relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis of the reports.
Customer Support:
- Address and resolve customer support tickets with efficiency and professionalism.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Client Launch Management:
- Collaborate with the technical team to perform initial setups for client launches.
- Conduct thorough validation to guarantee alignment to client requirement.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Keep stakeholders informed through regular email updates on project statuses, delivery timelines, and any relevant changes.
- Foster transparent communication channels between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously assess and enhance operational processes to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Propose and implement improvements to streamline customer support and delivery procedures.
Timeline and Milestone Tracking:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines for client launches and product deliveries.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks and milestones are completed on schedule.
Requirements:
- Understanding of customer support, project management, and operations.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools for customer support and project management.
- Analytical Skills and Data Analytics proficiency
- Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets
