Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
•Conduct workshops and gather functional specifications to design solutions using Dynamics 365.
•Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet client needs.
•Provide expert advice on best practices for Dynamics 365 implementation and optimization.
•Perform system testing, user training, and support during the implementation phase.
•Develop documentation, including functional design documents, test plans, and user guides.
•Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations when needed.
•Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features, upgrades, and industry trends.
•Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior consultants and team members.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
•Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
•In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Sales, Marketing, Service, or other relevant modules.
•Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into functional specifications.
•Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 using out-of-the-box features and customization tools.
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
•Experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, and creating documentation.
•Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-200, MB-210, MB-220, etc.) will be a plus.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Year Of Experience: Minimum 5 years in D365
Education: Graduate Degree in any stream
