We are seeking a passionate and talented International Sales Associate - Intern to join our dynamic team.

Key Requirements:
Provide sales support for multi-branded hotels in the USA, develop and execute a sales action plan to meet or exceed revenue goalsActivate new accounts in the local market and increase market share from existing accountsDevelop and nurture a sales pipeline utilizing CRM to manage accounts and shorten the sales cycleMaking sure that the hotel ownership is profitable and finding new ways to add value to each hotel you're responsible forLead bi-weekly sales strategy calls with each of your designated hotelsCollaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.Support the development of sales strategies and contribute ideas for improving sales processes.
Qualifications:
Available to
work from Pune office
(from Monday to Friday) and shift timing will be
4 PM to 2 AM.Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with a high level of initiative. Also, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to achieve sales goals.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport over the phone.Excellent written communication skills general correspondence, proposals, reportsBachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in hotel industryStrong ability to leverage technology and CRM to shorten the sales cycleCollaborative team player eager to contribute and learn from othersExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in maintaining accurate sales records.
