Key Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Senior Associate at
WAYCA Advisors
, you will gain exposure across
Tax Advisory, Financial Advisory, and Transaction Advisory
. This fungible role is designed to provide a strong foundation in advisory and consulting practices, enabling you to contribute to diverse client projects while developing technical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transactions
    : Assist in due diligences, prepare transaction documents, assist in compliance and transaction advisory, prepare financial models, analyse data for deal execution, assist in IPO advisory, and draft supporting documentation.
  • Financial Advisory
    : Support accounting advisory projects, reconciliations, preparation of financial statements, and compliance documentation. Assist in audit support and implementation of internal controls.
  • Tax Advisory
    : Conduct basic research on direct, indirect, and international tax matters. Assist in drafting tax opinions, compliance filings, and reports for structuring engagements.
  • Client Deliverables
    : Prepare initial drafts of reports, presentations, and analysis for client review.
  • Learning & Collaboration
    : Work closely with Managers and Directors across practices, building cross-functional knowledge and practical problem-solving ability.

Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience (internship or post-qualification) in audit, tax, accounting, or due diligence.
  • Chartered Accountant / LLB / CA + LLB.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under timelines, adapt to multiple assignments, and collaborate effectively in teams.
  • Eagerness to learn across domains and develop a multidisciplinary consulting skill set.
