Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager CRM, located in Gurugram. The Assistant Manager CRM will be responsible for managing customer relationships, conducting market segmentation, and supporting sales and generating revenue through connecting on calls with customers. Duties include analytical reporting, overseeing project management tasks, and maintaining effective communication channels with customers and team members, calling, revenue generation etc.

- Proficiency in Communication and Sales
- Experience in Market Segmentation
- Excellent Project Management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the agricultural or food supply chain industries is a plus
- Multi-tasking and ready to take a challenging role in startup handling multiple roles wherever required.
