Job Summary:As a Human Resource Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of HR processes within our organization. You will oversee a broad range of HR operational activities, including but not limited to employee records management, benefits administration, payroll processing, compliance, HR technology management, and employee engagement initiatives. Your goal will be to enhance HR operational efficiency, maintain compliance, and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Records Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, contracts, and HR databases.Ensure confidentiality and security of all employee records.

HR Technology Management:Oversee the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR technology platforms.Collaborate with IT for system maintenance, upgrades, and Keka management.

Onboarding and Offboarding:Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and conduct orientations.Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures.

Employee Relations:Assist in resolving employee relations issues, including disputes, conflicts, and grievances.Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Policy Development and Implementation:Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Ensure policy adherence across the organization.

Training and Development:Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.

HR Reporting:Generate HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.

Employee Engagement and Operations:Organize employee engagement activities such as Fun Fridays, team-building events, and other employee engagement initiatives.Manage inventory related to HR operations.Ensure security and compliance of human resources.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in HR operations and administration.Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.High attention to detail and accuracy.
