Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant with future leadership potential to provide comprehensive support to our senior management team. This role offers a unique opportunity for career growth, with the potential for the right candidate to transition into a leadership position in the future. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, proactive, and capable of excelling in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Support: Provide strategic support to senior management, including participating in meetings, contributing ideas, and assisting with decision-making processes.
Project Management: Coordinate and manage special projects on behalf of senior management, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
Executive Liaison: Serve as a liaison between senior management and other departments within the organization, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform strategic initiatives.
Leadership Development: Take initiative in identifying opportunities for professional development and growth, both for oneself and for the broader team.
Succession Planning: Participate in succession planning initiatives, including identifying and developing talent within the organization for future leadership roles.
Executive Presence: Represent senior management with professionalism and poise in internal and external interactions, including meetings, presentations, and networking events.
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense management
Requirements:
Masters degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in a corporate environment, with exposure to executive-level responsibilities and decision-making processes.
Strong leadership potential, with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others effectively.
Proactive mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward independently.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make informed recommendations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
CTC: 4-5 LPA +INCENTIVES
Note: Compensation (CTC) is subject to experience and qualifications.
