We at Coforge are hiring a Deputy Chief Information Officer with the following skillset:


  • Responsible for planning, implementation, and operations of all technology infrastructures: Data centres, Network and Server services, Telephony, O365 services, Collaboration, Service monitoring, User support/Helpdesk, Servers, Storage & related software.
  • Ensure availability, integrity, and security of all IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Lead the Infrastructure and Operations teams overseeing Technology infrastructure planning & deployment for projects.
  • 17+ years total experience, including 5+ years in a production 24/7 high-availability multi-site enterprise environment, including application hosting, voice and data networks, security & data privacy.
  • Experience leading infrastructure for a complex organization & network, including multi-country setup, VLAN setup for regulatory requirements, managing data protection, etc.
  • Working knowledge of ERP and Microsoft stacks.
  • Working knowledge of Storage Area Network (SAN) and related technologies, Cisco-based network communications technology, High availability, disaster recovery architecture, communication & related technologies.
  • Exposure to ITIL, PMP concepts & adoption.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance issues, as well best practices in application & network security.
  • Experience of leading diverse global workforce.
