We are looking for an experienced **Tableau Developer** with **5+ years of hands-on experience** in designing and implementing impactful data visualization solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tableau, Power BI, and SQL, coupled with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for transforming complex data into intuitive, actionable insights.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to support business needs.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data sources, and deliver visualization solutions that drive decision-making.

* Write optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and manipulate data from relational databases for reporting and visualization.

* Perform data modeling, cleansing, and validation to ensure high-quality and accurate datasets.

* Monitor and improve the performance and efficiency of existing dashboards.

* Implement best practices in data visualization, user experience, and storytelling to enhance data-driven culture.

* Train and support business users on using dashboards, reports, and analytics tools.

* Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in data analytics and visualization.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

5+ years of professional experience as a Tableau Developer

Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep

Hands-on experience with Power BI and DAX for advanced analytics

Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis

Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes

Ability to interpret complex data and present it in clear, visually appealing formats

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with business stakeholders

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics

Experience with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket)
