Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller Executive to join our Outbound Sales team. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply. The role involves reaching out to potential customers via phone, promoting company products/services, explaining benefits, and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a sales-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database/leads.
- Explain the features, benefits, and offers of company products/services clearly and effectively.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally to ensure successful conversions.
- Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned by the manager.
- Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
- Maintain call quality standards and comply with the companys sales process and scripts.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, problems, and market trends.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages will be an advantage).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10th/12th pass or Graduate can apply.
- 0- 6 months of experience in outbound calling, telesales, or customer service
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Experience in insurance, telecom, banking, or retail sales will be an added advantage.
