About the Position We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a strong understanding of talent acquisition (TA) metrics and analytics. This role is critical in driving the company’s recruitment strategy and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from requisition creation to onboarding. Areas of Responsibility End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for various business functions—from requisition creation, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective job descriptions. Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, etc.) to identify and attract high-quality candidates. Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with business stakeholders and ensure timely feedback loops. Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts in line with internal compensation frameworks. Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business heads by providing consultative recruiting services. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their current and future hiring needs. Provide regular updates and insights on hiring progress, market trends, and challenges. Data & TA Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing channel effectiveness, and candidate pipeline status. Maintain and regularly update recruitment dashboards and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and audit requirements. Onboarding Support: Work closely with the HR Operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Relevant Experience Experience Required: 4–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or consulting environment. Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment and meeting hiring targets. Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills. Solid understanding of recruitment analytics and TA metrics. Proficient in MS Excel – comfortable using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts, and basic data analytics for reporting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is preferred. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Desirable Attributes: Self-motivated and driven with a passion for recruitment. Able to work independently while contributing to a team. Adaptable to changing business needs and capable of handling multiple priorities.
