Job Purpose - As part of the Customer Success Team at Decimal, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our customers and identifying new business opportunities within these accounts. This team plays a vital role in building and nurturing long-term relationships with our key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty throughout their partnership with Decimal.


Job Responsibilities -

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Generate revenue among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
  • Communicate client needs to Decimal effectively.
  • Analyze client requirements and coordinate internally with various stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track client account metrics.
  • Manage projects through delivery leads/PMs within client relationships, aligning client goals with company objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Coordinate with other channels (Delivery, Platform, Support) working on the same account to ensureconsistent service.
  • Service multiple clients concurrently while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Prepare and coordinate requirement documents.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
