Rage Effect is India's first AAA game studio building a cross-platform competitive shooter with 200,000+ organic users. We're integrating web3 features to revolutionise player ownership and community engagement that drives the game's direction.

Role Overview

We're seeking a Rust developer to develop NFT integration and blockchain features for our gaming ecosystem. This is a full-time role working directly with our core development team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement NFT integration systems using Rust on Solana Build secure smart contracts for in-game assets and marketplace functionalityCreate efficient APIs for blockchain-game interactionsOptimise on-chain programs for maximum performanceCollaborate with game developers to ensure seamless web3 feature integrationContribute to technical architecture decisions

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Rust programming Experience with SolanaUnderstanding of NFT standards and implementationsExperience with API development and integrationKnowledge of gaming tech stacks (Unity/Unreal) is a plusHackathon winning experience is a strong plus (especially in web3/blockchain)

Ideal Background
