We believe that the right people in the right time and the right position are the key to our company’s improvement; we continue to endeavor and develop our company through our corporate culture and values.Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud)Location: BLRExperience: 6+ YearsShift Timings: 10 AM to 7 PMNotice Period : Immediate to 15 days onlyJob Description :Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud Voice• Implement and customize Salesforce Service Cloud, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, and CTI• Develop custom Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows• Integrate Salesforce with Amazon Connect and other AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and API Gateway• Collaborate with stakeholders and business users to gather requirements and create technical designs• Maintain code quality through best practices, documentation, and version control• Work closely with Admins, QA, and DevOps to support releases and deployments• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Cloud Voice and contact center integrationsRequired Skills & Experience• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, SOQL, etc.)• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Service Cloud Voice• Experience with Amazon Connect or similar telephony/contact center platforms• Basic experience with AWS services like Lambda or API Gateway• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security• Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, Github)• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory)If you’re interested, please get in touch at ’d love to hear from you.Details:
