Job Overview


We are looking for a skilled Event Planner to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of events, from corporate conferences to social gatherings. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and we are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in event planning.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in event planning or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial planning
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management or a relevant field (preferred)


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of events, including budgeting, logistics, and execution
  • Research and select event venues, vendors, and suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with event partners
  • Create and manage event timelines and schedules
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery
  • Supervise and coordinate event staff, volunteers, and other personnel
  • Oversee event setup, decorations, and production
  • Manage event registration, ticketing, and attendee communication
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event planning
