This pivotalleadership role involves direct collaboration with management andthe course head at our Delhi Campus focusing on ensuring the utmoststandard of student experience for both online and offlinestudents. The Assistant Manager/Manager will play a vital role inanticipating bottlenecks managing escalations making strategictrade offs and harmonizing business needs with student/courseconstraints.

Responsibilities:

Headthe critical departments at IIDE Delhi including trainer deliverymanagement placement and student event teams ensuring seamlessoperations of theinstitution.

Overseethe complete student journey from onboarding and learning toplacement ensuring a consistently positive and fulfillingexperience for allstudents.

Manageand resolve student/trainer escalations ensuring smooth andsatisfactoryoutcomes.

Delegateand supervise daily tasks among team members steering them towardestablished milestones and the highest standards of studentexperience.

Ensurethe delivery team efficiently manages trainer schedules achievingexceptional feedbackscores.

Maintainan optimal balance between internal and external faculties whilemanaging associated costs in alignment with managementdirectives.

Collaborateclosely with the program head to devise and implement trainingprocesses and strategies for seamless execution of programs/coursesboth online andoffline.

Proactivelymanage the placement team addressing the needs of everystudent.

Defineclear deliverables roles and responsibilities for staff engaged inspecific projects orinitiatives.

Researchand implement process efficiencies leveraging automation to enhancestudent efficiency and facultymanagement.

Continuouslymonitor and analyze student attendance assignment completiongrievances and retention data drawing conclusions and implementingpractical improvementsolutions.

Superviseand organize student experience activities such as graduationceremonies recreational events and culturalcelebrations.

Conductsurveys to assess and enhance the overall Student Experiencerefining and upholding exceptionalstandards.

Undertakeany other reasonable duties within the broad scope of the positionas requested bymanagement.

Requirements

ExperienceandQualifications:

Enthusiasticengagement in studentfacing roles for a minimum of 57years.

Provenleadership experience within edtech or studentcentric environmentsfostering vibrant learningcommunities.

Trackrecord of inspiring and guiding teams of 68 individuals towardscollective success andgrowth.

Vibrantand optimistic mindset adept at leveraging analytical skills forcreativeproblemsolving.

Demonstratedability to navigate and resolve challenging situations ensuring adelightful experience for students at everystep.

Required Experience And Qualifications Enthusiastic engagement instudent-facing roles for a minimum of 8+ years. Proven leadershipexperience within ed-tech or student-centric environments. Trackrecord of inspiring and guiding teams of 10-15 individuals towardscollective success and growth. Vibrant and optimistic mindset,adept at leveraging analytical skills for creative problem-solving.Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve challengingsituations, ensuring a delightful experience for students at everystep.
