The role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in desktop support and involves providing technical assistance for hardware and software issues. This is a full-time position offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment within the Mechanical or Industrial Engineering industry. Qualifications and Skills A minimum of 1 year of experience in desktop support and hardware troubleshooting is required. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware problems (Mandatory skill) to ensure quick and efficient resolution of any issues. Solid ability in software installation (Mandatory skill) to effectively deliver software solutions and address software-related challenges. Expertise in troubleshooting (Mandatory skill) to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently. Strong knowledge of Windows OS support to provide seamless assistance and maintenance to users. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and end-users. Capability to work independently and in a team to deliver support solutions promptly and effectively. Strong analytical skills to assess complex problems and provide accurate troubleshooting solutions. Roles and Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issues. Conduct software installations and configurations to ensure optimal performance. Perform diagnosis and resolution of technical problems, ensuring minimal downtime. Respond promptly to service issues and requests, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Document technical issues and create comprehensive reports for future reference and analysis. Manage and maintain hardware equipment to ensure working efficiency and reliability. Collaborate with the IT team to implement and improve IT policies and practices. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance support services.
