Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to manage and streamline our sourcing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging, and other inventory essentials, supporting the production of our premium food and beverage products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and other essentials
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams for inventory planning
  • Monitor stock levels and generate purchase orders as needed
  • Track deliveries and resolve any supply issues or delays
  • Maintain and update procurement records and documentation
  • Evaluate supplier performance and build strong vendor relationships
  • Stay updated on market trends and potential cost-saving opportunities
