 Experience: 5–8 years in R&D/CDMO procurement

 Education: Master's in Chemistry / BTech in Chemical Engineering

 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals
  • Analyze market trends and identify reliable suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards (GMP/GDP)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve procurement issues
  • Maintain accurate records and drive continuous improvement

 What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years of procurement experience in R&D/CDMO business
  • Strong Chemistry Knowledge, negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Proficiency in ERP/SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
