Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Delivery Rider - Field Executive based in Nagpur. The Delivery Rider will be responsible for picking up and delivering parcels to customers, managing delivery documentation, and handling customer inquiries effectively. They will use mobile devices for real-time tracking and updates. The role requires adherence to delivery schedules, routes, and safety protocols to ensure efficient and secure delivery operations.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Familiarity with local routes and area knowledge
  • Ability to handle documentation and use mobile devices for tracking
  • Good communication skills for customer interaction
  • Basic understanding of safety and security protocols in delivery
  • Physically fit and able to lift and carry parcels
  • Previous experience in logistics or delivery services is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
