**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential delivery riders to promote Switch E-Ride’s services.
- Explain the benefits of joining our platform and resolve any queries they may have.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Coordinate with the operations and documentation team to complete the joining process.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred (freshers may also apply).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (basic English is a plus).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
