We are seeking a meticulous and organized Production Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate can be an experienced professional from the jewelry manufacturing industry or an engineer looking to transition into this field. The role involves conducting quality checks on jewelry pieces, performing basic data entry, and coordinating various aspects of the production process to ensure seamless operations.
** Key Responsibilities: **
- Conduct thorough quality checks on finished jewelry pieces to ensure they meet company and client standards.
- Accurately enter production data, inventory details, and quality check results into the company database.
- Maintain detailed records of quality inspections and production data.
- Coordinate between production teams, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in managing logistics and shipping for export orders.
- Support in scheduling and tracking production timelines to meet delivery deadlines.
** Requirements: **
- Experience in jewelry manufacturing or a related field, OR a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Basic understanding of jewelry quality standards and production processes.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with database management software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics is a plus.
