we are having an urgent opening of Purchase Executive in Manufacturing company.
- Job description
- 1. Understand purchasing requirements from the user department /Purchase indent initiator.
- 2. Forward inquiries, Drawing, specification, special instruction to suppliers for quotes.
- 3. Coordinate for technical and commercial queries between supplier and initiator.
- 4.. Compare quotations based on costing break up received from supplier.
- 5. PO creation and release & getting order acceptance from supplier
- 6. Cost reduction through alternate vendor development and alternate product implementation
- 7. Collect daily shortages from the store ; Follow up of shortage raw material.
- 8. Delivery follow ups with suppliers for pending deliveries
- 9. Coordination with store for material receipt and GRN
- 10. Coordination with Finance for invoice payments
