The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they are experienced in Risk Advisory Services in Construction industry. This is essential as they will be performing critical tasks in clearing transactions in large scale projects, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Review of project transactions
  • Check if the transactions are in line with agreements and DOA
  • Do a technical review of transactions on the site if necessary
  • Clear the transactions only if they meet the expectations
  • Escalate in case any gaps or redflags identified during the review
  • Generate a periodic report to the management on key outcomes
  • Identify other key areas of improvements based on "What can go Wrong" approach and brainstorm the same with the project head
  • Mentor the engagement team and actively participate in team building activities
  • Constantly participate in knowledge sharing sessions
  • Continuous learning and knowledge updation

Expectations from the candidate

  • CA or CMA or CIA
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Organised approach
  • Strong risk assessment skills

Interested candidate must be willing to travel to different Project locations that shall be assigned based on the client.
