We are hiring for HR Operation Specialist
Experience - 2-3 Years
Location - Noida
Skill Set - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
JOB CONTEXT AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: We are a real estate company, specializing in premium residential projects across multiple prime locations. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit).
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Support recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management processes.
- Ensure smooth coordination with different departments for HR-related queries and support.
- Provide presentations for ongoing and upcoming residential projects to internal teams and stakeholders.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations.
- Excellent knowledge of HR functions, policies, and statutory compliances.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
