Job description

● Plan and lead our brand and business effort.

● Work closely with the firm’s partners to create new leads and convert them.

● Field inbound enquiries, to qualify, negotiate and close them. In the process, understand

the prospect’s business context and plan the project scope.

● Once business is won, service clients, manage client expectations, coordinate schedules

and service levels

● Assist in preparing strategy

● Straegise and execute plans, with the firm’s partners, to create new leads

Qualities

- The right person can write and speak English proficiently.- -They are likeable.- They can argue a business case, and think critically.- They are good communicators, and have commercial sense.- Well-informed live wires, up to date with business and current affairs

This is a management track role; the right person with leadership skills can rise to the top.

Responsibilities

While converting leads

● handling business enquiries as a single point of contact for clients and partners

● understand the client’s objectives, and covert their needs into a viable project

● scoping the project with commercials, and timelines

Once the project starts

● basic research on the brief

● assist in preparing strategy by representing the client in the studio.

● ensure that work is consistent with client’s requirements and project scope

● empathetically convey client feedback

● regular communications with the client team

● coordinate payments,

● coordinate team resourcing and scheduling

● follow-up for payments

Marketing

● create business plans and develop business strategies to achieve the business goals

● develop long term relationships with various stakeholders

● develop and expand business with existing clients

You must have…

● 1-2 years of experience in a client servicing, project management role

● excellent writing and communication skills in English, 15 years of education, with English as medium of instruction

● An MBA in marketing a CAT/GMAT entrance based school. Exceptional candidates with

bachelor’s degrees without an MBA can be considered.

● interpersonal skills and leadership qualities, and the ability to lead business conversations

independently

Nice to have…

● experience of working in a design studio, advertising agency, or start ups

● experience of working with partners and management heads on projects and business

initiatives

● an interest in design; a creative hobby or interests is a tie-breaker
