We seek a highly skilled

Digital Marketing Manage r to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all channels.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the latest digital marketing trends and tools and have a proven track record of driving successful online marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities:
@

Digital Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Focus on key areas including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and

Pay-per-click (PPC), with a strong emphasis on Google Ads and lead generation.

@Brand Presence Management:
Build and maintain a strong brand presence across multiple social media channels.
Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all digital platforms.

@Campaign Budget Management:
Create, execute, and monitor marketing campaign budgets.
Optimize spending to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.

@Collaboration for Improved Results:
Collaborate with media and sales teams to enhance marketing outcomes.
Share insights and strategies to align efforts and drive results.

@Performance Measurement:

Measure and analyze key performance metrics including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate, and ad spend return on investment.

Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.

@Innovative Growth Strategies:
Work with the digital marketing team to identify and implement innovative growth strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep strategies current.

@Campaign Performance Reporting:
Prepare detailed reports on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

@Advanced Analytics:
Utilize advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints.
Assess the end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a

focus on Google Ads and lead generation.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.

Proficiency in using digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a similar role within a marketplace or e-commerce environment.
Certifications in

Google Ads, Google Analytics,

or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
