Job Description

Location: Pune

Duration: 12 Months with possible extension

Overall Experience: Minimum 10 Years

The Design Engineer will own the maintenance and strategic roadmap for our Core design system. In this role, they will ensure the system is operational and meets the needs of our business users. They'll drive the future of the design system ensuring it's future-proof by balancing business goals with user needs to deliver a scalable and effective solution.

Skills:

  • Confident to handle the project alone with limited support
  • Experience building design systems in the past
  • Figma expert
  • Experience being part of the design system team.
  • Engineering background
  • Knowledge of Design and design processes
  • Experience of building communities and governance structures
  • Experience of running a design system team consisting of designers, design engineers and FE Devs

These will be with good UX skills, that can run UX work independently, interface and manage bp stakeholders. These profiles should be UX profiles, with some bit of research and UI as well.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
  • Creative, self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
