Product Manager – AI / ML Fintech (Global Role)

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of our fintech products. You will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a product or product line within our portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven approach to product development.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, analyze customer needs and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Customer Focus: Be the voice of the customer, gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions and ensure a customer-centric approach.
- Prioritization & Execution: Prioritize features and define product specifications, working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective product delivery.
- Data Analysis & Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future iterations.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with teams like engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
- Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and key decisions to stakeholders across the organization.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the fintech industry, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and enhance our products.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the fintech industry (payments, lending, investing, etc.).
- Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of software development methodologies and technologies used in fintech.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for Fintech: A genuine interest in financial technology and a desire to contribute to innovation in the industry.
- API Product Journey : Ability to conceptualize APIs and related products including the lifecycle of APIs as well as building integrated user journey.
