Junior Process Analyst

Job Description The Process Analyst is responsible for evaluating, designing, and improving IT processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support overall business objectives. The role includes analyzing current workflows, identifying process gaps, and implementing best practices aligned with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks. The candidate will collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to drive automation, optimize service delivery, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Preference will be given to candidates who are willing to work in Night Shifts . Requirements Education & Experience  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.  Experience working with cross-functional teams to optimize IT processes and improve efficiency.  0-1 years of experience in Process Analyst, preferably in the IT industry. Minimum 1 year of experience in Java development. Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot Framework. Experience in React JS and React Native (mandatory). Strong understanding of MySQL and database management. Good problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of RESTful API integration. Basic understanding of version control systems like Git. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
