Junior Process Analyst

The Process Analyst is responsible for evaluating, designing, and improving IT processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support overall business objectives. The role includes analyzing current workflows, identifying process gaps, and implementing best practices aligned with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks. The candidate will collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to drive automation, optimize service delivery, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Preference will be given to candidates who are willing to work in Night Shifts . Requirements Education & Experience  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.  Experience working with cross-functional teams to optimize IT processes and improve efficiency.  0-1 years of experience in Process Analyst, preferably in the IT industry.
