Role Description

This is a really interesting role in Human Resources and People Management at Prepnova. Although the title of the role is that of an Intern, the roles & responsibilities are at par with full time, experienced managers. If you believe you have what it takes to the backbone of an exciting project and punch above your weight, this is just the right job for you. As an Intern, you will be a key player shouldering substantial responsibility in terms of Hiring, Training and Managing teams to deliver broader objectives for one of our new projects for a client, which is a D2C Wellness Brand. The role offers tremendous exposure across Recruitment, HR, Management, Marketing and Operations, with an exciting D2C brand. The Intern will directly report to, and work closely with the founding teams, both internally and externally. This is a remote position. Ideal candidate is expected to commit 8 hours a day to the role.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and skills:


  • Currently enrolled or graduated in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any other background
  • Great energy and eagerness to deliver
  • Result oriented and self driven
  • Extrovert and a great team player
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in Recruitment and Management is a plus
