Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfilment go hand in hand.Job DescriptionReporting to the Senior Paid Media Director, you will create impact within our Paid Media team.You'll contribute to setting up and monitoring campaigns across multiple platforms and creating reports and forecasting for clients as needed.Your primary responsibilities will include:Setting up campaigns in DV360/CM360, FB ads manager, Reddit, LinkedIn campaign Manager, and Google AdsExperience in Direct Buy;
setting up of PG and PMP deals in DV360Proficiency in CM360;
creating placements, ads using bulk import, creating trackersPerform pacing and performance optimization of campaigns across multiple platforms.Technical QA of campaigns and troubleshooting any issues.Work with the account management and internal teams to identify and advance any opportunities to improve performance of campaignsWork on weekly/biweekly performance reportsQualificationsProficiency in DV360/CM360, FB ads manager, Reddit, LinkedIn campaign Manager, and Google Ads preferredDemonstrated expertise (0 - 2 years) in Ad-Operations, end-to-end campaign management across different channels (Programmatic, Social and Search)Skills using Excel/Google sheets Business SkillsTeam Collaboration - You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.Adaptability - You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.Problem Solving - When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
