Job Description:
As the SEO Manager at Thrillophilia, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive organic growth and improve our website's search engine visibility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize content, implement technical SEO best practices, and monitor performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for driving results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
2. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize existing content for targeted keywords.
3. Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with our brand and business objectives.
4. Perform technical SEO audits and implement site optimizations to improve crawlability, indexability, and website performance.
5. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize opportunities.
7. Provide regular reporting and insights on SEO performance, trends, and opportunities to key stakeholders.
8. Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and technology to drive SEO initiatives and projects forward.
9. Identify and troubleshoot SEO issues, and implement solutions to improve website visibility and user experience.
10. Continuously test and iterate on SEO strategies to optimize performance and achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Proven experience in SEO with a track record of driving organic growth and improving search engine rankings.
3. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO best practices.
4. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
6. Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
8. Self-motivated with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
9. Experience in the travel industry is a plus but not required.
