Roles & Responsibilities:

Managing the team of SEO Executives.Check Competitor AnalysisAlignment with Content Team to execute the SEO StrategiesRegular Checks of Daily SEO health check upCreation of new SEO strategies for Traffic and Link BuildingDeveloping and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve the visibility, traffic, and conversion rates of our website.Conducting thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential keywords and content opportunities aligned with our business objectives.Performing technical SEO audits to identify and address website issues affecting search engine performance, such as crawlability, indexing, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, designers, and marketers, to implement SEO recommendations and initiatives.Monitoring SEO performance metrics and providing regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.Staying updated on search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and competitor strategies to adapt SEO strategies accordingly and maintain our competitive edge.Leading SEO experiments and A/B tests to optimize website performance and user experience, with a focus on driving organic traffic and revenue growth.Providing SEO guidance and training to internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and guidelines.Person who has worked in Edtech or Big websitesPerson should have experience working on large traffic websitesPerson should have solid knowledge of technical seo like Schema tags, XML Sitemap, website structure, indexing/crawling etc.Self motivated person with good communication and presentation skills.
