Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist with a strong background in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data science and machine learning, including at least 2 years working specifically with Generative AI or LLMs. This role is critical to driving innovation, automation, and intelligent decision-making across BFSI applications.Key ResponsibilitiesAI/ML Development & DeploymentIdentify AI use cases and develop tools for successful prototype delivery.Design and deploy AI-powered solutions to improve operational efficiency, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making.Build and integrate AI models with BFSI systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and scalable cloud-based infrastructure.LLMOps ExecutionManage end-to-end LLMOps activities including:Data preparationModel trainingModel deploymentModel monitoringProject Transition & IntegrationLead the smooth transition of the voice and vernacular transactions project from the incumbent IT service provider.Implement WhatsApp integration to support customer-initiated and distributor-initiated transactions.Customer CollaborationWork closely with clients to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements and automation across business functions.GenAI Support – L2/L3 ResponsibilitiesProvide L2/L3 support for GenAI applications:Troubleshoot application breakdowns and data pipeline issuesAddress LLM response deviations and update/customize promptsSupport backend code updates for dependent frameworksEnsure stability and performance of deployment pipelinesQualifications5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI or LLMsStrong understanding of BFSI domain and regulatory standardsProficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML frameworksExperience with LLMOps tools and practicesExcellent problem-solving and communication skills
