Position Title: Facility Manager
Reports To: Operation Manager
Location: All Sites
Added advantage for female applicants from FM roles done in Hospital industry
Role Summary:
Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the Efficiency and profitability of the assigned operation, whilst Maintaining a high standard of service in accordance with the budgets.
Key Responsibilities
· Should be innovative and able to give new ideas for improving efficiency and profitability
· Should have good negotiation skills with vendors for efficient operations
· Arrange to conduct facility and EHS related trainings to the teams / vendors as per Site requirements
· Ability to lead and mentor the team
· Reporting to the client on daily and weekly basis on SLA’s
· Work closely with finance to ensure vendors are paid as per Contractual terms and conditions
· Ability to lead, guide and motivate downline employees.
· Engage with quality vendors that for reliability and cost-efficiency of operations
· Monitor Daily Reports of Attendance, Consumables, Incidents & Client Meetings Tracker
· Handling employee’s queries and resolving them in a professional manner
· Comply to all Sodexo Operational and Safety procedures as notified from time to time
· Establish KPI’s, targets, schedules, policies and procedure
· Communicate effectively with all employees

· Should be Bachelors / any Graduate from a recognized University
