The Role: Job Type: Full Time  Industry: Insurance    Department: Sales & Business Development  Experience Required: 1–5 years  Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales executive to join our insurance sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling health and motor insurance policies to individuals and businesses. You will play a key role in increasing revenue by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell health and motor insurance policies to customers through various channels (field sales, tele-sales, online platforms, etc.) Identify customer needs and offer suitable insurance plans Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients Provide detailed information about insurance policies, terms, and conditions Follow up with clients for renewals, queries, and policy servicing Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities Stay updated with insurance industry trends and products Build long-term relationships with customers to retain business Compensation: Fixed salary + Attractive incentives/commissions Travel allowance (if applicable) Performance-based bonuses Growth Opportunities: Potential for promotion to Team Leader/Managerial roles based on performance Training & development support provided Ideal Profile: Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Finance, or Marketing) Proven sales experience in insurance products preferred Strong understanding of health and motor insurance products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and target-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems) What's on Offer?
