Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations to prospective students, parents, and industry partners to showcase the benefits and opportunities of our pilot training courses.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry stakeholders, and educational partners.

  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

  • Consultative Selling: Provide personalized guidance and advice to prospective students and their families regarding course offerings, career opportunities, and financing options.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to attract prospective students.

  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, follow-ups, and addressing any concerns or queries.

Qualifications:

  • *Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the sales

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or a related field preferred.

- Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Understanding of the aviation industry and pilot training programs is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
