You'll be managing social media strategies across multiple clients in different industries, creating content that actually drives engagement, builds communities, and contributes to real business outcomes. We need someone who understands the algorithm, knows how to tell a brand story, and can turn scrollers into customers.What You'll Be DoingManaging social media strategy and execution for multiple Australian clients across various industries Creating engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels) that drives measurable results Planning and scheduling content calendars that align with client business goals Monitoring trends and adapting strategies to stay ahead of the curve Analysing performance metrics and optimising campaigns based on data Engaging with communities and managing comments/messages professionally Collaborating with our design and content teams to produce scroll-stopping creative Running paid social campaigns (Meta, , TikTok) and optimising for ROI Presenting performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients Who You AreThe Non-NegotiablesCreative but strategic : You know beautiful content means nothing if it doesn't drive results Multi-industry capable : You can switch from B2B professional services to e-commerce to hospitality without missing a beat Data-driven : You track what works, kill what doesn't, and always test new approaches Organised : Managing multiple clients and deadlines doesn't stress you out – you thrive on it Culturally aware : You understand Australian business culture and can create content that resonates Skills That Matter2–4 years of proven experience managing social media for multiple brands or clients Deep knowledge of Meta (Facebook/Instagram), , TikTok, and emerging platforms Strong copywriting skills – you know how to hook attention in 3 seconds Experience with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, etc.) Understanding of paid social advertising and campaign optimisation Basic design sense (Canva proficiency minimum – Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus) Analytics interpretation – you can read the data and know what action to take Content planning and calendar management across multiple clients Bonus Points ForVideo editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) Experience with Australian brands or markets Influencer/partnership campaign management Community management and customer service via social Meme fluency (yes, seriously) This Role Is NOT For You If:You think posting 3 times a week with stock images is a "strategy" You can't handle managing multiple clients with different brand voices You need someone to tell you what trends to jump on You're only comfortable with one platform or industry You think engagement pods and fake followers are acceptable tactics You can't take feedback or pivot when something isn't working What We OfferAt Fig Advisory, we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative environment where employees thrive.
