We need someone who understands the algorithm, knows how to tell a brand story, and can turn scrollers into customers.What You'll Be DoingManaging social media strategy and execution for multiple Australian clients across various industriesCreating engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels) that drives measurable resultsPlanning and scheduling content calendars that align with client business goalsMonitoring trends and adapting strategies to stay ahead of the curveAnalysing performance metrics and optimising campaigns based on dataEngaging with communities and managing comments/messages professionallyCollaborating with our design and content teams to produce scroll-stopping creativeRunning paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) and optimising for ROIPresenting performance reports and strategic recommendations to clientsWho You AreThe Non-NegotiablesCreative but strategic: You know beautiful content means nothing if it doesn't drive resultsMulti-industry capable: You can switch from B2B professional services to e-commerce to hospitality without missing a beatData-driven: You track what works, kill what doesn't, and always test new approachesOrganised: Managing multiple clients and deadlines doesn't stress you out – you thrive on itCulturally aware: You understand Australian business culture and can create content that resonatesSkills That Matter2–4 years of proven experience managing social media for multiple brands or clientsDeep knowledge of Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platformsStrong copywriting skills – you know how to hook attention in 3 secondsExperience with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, etc.)Understanding of paid social advertising and campaign optimisationBasic design sense (Canva proficiency minimum – Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus)Analytics interpretation – you can read the data and know what action to takeContent planning and calendar management across multiple clientsBonus Points ForVideo editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)Experience with Australian brands or marketsInfluencer/partnership campaign managementCommunity management and customer service via socialMeme fluency (yes, seriously)This Role Is NOT For You If:You think posting 3 times a week with stock images is a "strategy"You can't handle managing multiple clients with different brand voicesYou need someone to tell you what trends to jump onYou're only comfortable with one platform or industryYou think engagement pods and fake followers are acceptable tacticsYou can't take feedback or pivot when something isn't workingWhat We OfferAt Fig Advisory, we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative environment where employees thrive.
