Deputy Area Manager - PL - Prime - T1 
Job Purpose- Data Science, Data Mining, Data coordination with marketing team and BI team.
- Driving FA data campaigns.
- Sales query resolution on a regular basis.

Duties and Responsibilities- Meet and exceed business goals/targets in different products such as Loans and Insurance (bundled and non-bundled) through lead fulfillment and field activity on existing database.
- Manage, control, and own all channels businesses.
- Recruit, retain, manage, and build a productive team of off-roll employees.
- Maintain delinquency on the portfolio in line with the product segment.
- Handle customer escalations and complaints.
- Monitor and measure key conversion, productivity, and data penetration metrics.
- Effectively engage with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience- Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant prior work experience in direct or channel sales in loans. Experience in insurance is an added advantage.
- Excellent team handling and problem resolving ability.
- Ability to recruit FOS (Feet on Street) through different channels.
- Good experience and know-how in data management and MS Office.
- Strong team leadership skills to handle the team and achieve set targets.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and must be a self-starter.
