We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Executive to lead and transform our HR function. This critical role will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative HR strategies that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus and a passion for people development.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute long-term HR strategies that support the organization's overall business goals.
Partner with senior leadership to identify and address HR challenges and opportunities.
Drive a culture of high performance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, to attract and hire top talent.
Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to retain and develop key employees.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and productivity.
Performance Management and Compensation: Design and implement performance management systems to measure and reward employee performance.
Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Employee Relations and Development: Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to address concerns and foster a positive work environment.
Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
Manage employee relations issues, including grievance handling and disciplinary actions.
HR Operations and Technology: Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
Drive the implementation of HR technology solutions to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Ensure compliance with HR data privacy and security regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree in HR or MBA preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build and lead high-performing HR teams.
Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics.
